Install the app and notifications

The dashboard works like an app with its own icon and window, without an app store.

Windows and Android (Chrome or Edge)

Open Overview or the bell menu and press Install app. Or from the browser: the ⋮ menu, then Install or Add to Home screen.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

Tap the Share button in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. Open the app from its icon.

Important: On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work after installing and opening the app from its icon, and they need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.

Turning on notifications

Press Turn on notifications from Overview or the bell, and allow the browser. You get a test notification to confirm. You can turn them off from the same place.

What you receive

• Your subscription being activated.
• Your payment request being declined, with the reason.
• The decision on a refund request.

Recent notifications are always in the bell at the top of the dashboard, with a number for new ones.

Offline

If the connection drops you see a "No connection" page with a Try again button. We do not store your dashboard data on your device.
