How orders reach you
The customer's path from picking an item to a tidy WhatsApp message to you.
Menu does not take payments and does not keep an order list. The customer prepares their order and sends you a ready-made WhatsApp message, and you carry on with them the way you already do.
The customer's path
- They open the menu and press + next to an item. A simple item is added at once and the button turns into a counter. An item with sizes or add-ons opens a choice sheet.
- They press View cart and check the items and quantities.
- They choose Delivery or Pickup, and for delivery pick their area.
- They press Checkout, enter their name, phone and address (for delivery), then Send order via WhatsApp.
What you receive
A WhatsApp message to the restaurant with the items, sizes, add-ons and notes, the delivery fee and total, and the customer's details. Prices are calculated from your menu on the server, so nobody can change them from the browser.
Important: Make sure the WhatsApp number in Restaurant details is correct and that you always answer it. It is the only way orders reach you.
Items that cannot be ordered
An item that is sold out, disabled, or hidden by the free plan's limit cannot be ordered, even if it is in a cart the customer saved earlier.
