How to reach us and what to include so you get an answer faster.
Ways to reach us
- Inside the dashboard: open the bell and press Contact support, or use the Need help? card on Overview and Plan. It opens WhatsApp with a ready message that includes your restaurant name and link.
- Email: if it is shown on the same card.
What to include
- Your restaurant name or link (
@...). - What you were trying to do, and what you saw.
- A screenshot if you can.
- For payment problems: the transaction number, the number you transferred from, and the date.

Many questions are answered in the FAQ.
