Cancelling and refunds

Before activation

Is your request under review? Press Cancel request next to it. We return the transfer in full within 15 days at most.

After activation (within 7 days)

You can get your money back in full within 7 days of the activation date:

1. Open Plan and press Request cancellation and refund next to the request.
2. Enter the reason (optional) and confirm.
3. We review the request. When it is approved, your restaurant returns to the free plan and we send the money back by the same payment method within 15 days at most.

Important: When you return to free, items beyond the limit (5) are hidden, and they come back when you subscribe again.

After 7 days

The money for the time already used is not refunded, and your subscription continues until it ends, then expires without renewing. If something went wrong on our side, or activation took more than 15 days, contact us and we will review it.
