Importing with AI

Instead of typing every item, upload photos of your printed menu or a PDF. AI reads the categories, items and prices and adds them.

Steps

1. From Menu press Import with AI (استيراد بالذكاء الاصطناعي).
2. Choose up to 5 files (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF), with a maximum of 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total.
3. Press Analyze and add automatically. It takes up to a minute, so keep the page open.
4. The items are added straight to your menu. Review them and adjust anything from Menu.

Tips for a better result

• Photograph in good light, straight on, with the menu filling the picture.
• One page per photo reads better than two.
• Check the prices afterwards; AI can misread an unclear number.

Limits by plan

• Free: one successful import, adding up to 5 items. Anything beyond that is not added, and you are told how many were left out.
• Premium: unlimited items per import, up to 20 imports a month.

Note: A failed import does not use up your allowance, so you can try again.

If you see "busy" or "usage limit"

The AI service is sometimes crowded. Wait a minute and try again. If the error stays, contact support.
